When user finishes the order it should go in the html page the mail is reaching the concerned email id but it is displaying the html code instead of pure text . htmlconfirmedorder.html

I'm sorry, I dont understand what you wanna say. OK. I am telling you - when any customer finishes  finishingpage it will shows -

"Thank you for ordering with A-Shop.

Your order will only be executed when you confirm your order.The confirmation code will be sent to you by email."

An order confirmation email will be sent in customer email. There will be a confirmation link in the bottom of email. Customer has to click that link and browser will go to payment process page.

This is the simple way to order and pay. However if you get any error then please brief it clearly. I'll definitely help you. It will be more helpful for you if you give your URL of A-shop store which way I can see what the problem is.

Hello - Every thing is working fine. when customer finishes his transaction  The mail will sent to that customer is ir okay. The mail also reaching to that customer without nay error message. but the mail format is showing in HTML mode not as clear plain text. I think you understood

there are two files are present in the Language\Templates folder they are mail-orderconfirmation.html and mailorderconfirmed.html

please remove malware from the site still the message use google masters

Thanks  it is working fine . The problem is sloved. the software is good. Regarding your site malware infostealer virus is detected with Nortron Antiviruse endprotect software in IE, you use the Nortron once. Nowadays most of the visitors are using google chrome and firefox browsers. -Mohan C
